Brehons Chair

As a gated estate Brehon’s Chair is required to have a management company to look after the management of the services and maintenance of the shared areas. This includes roads, lighting, landscaping, gates etc. When the estate was handed over from the developers it was agreed that the residents would form there own Management Company rather than employing the services of an external agency. Brehons Chair Management Company Limited was set up and the residents have agreed to take turns to act as directors of the company.
